Someone who actually cared
After injuring my ankle, and having a doctor mess it up further, I initially contacted a well-known law firm for help. After more than a year, and barely any communication, I discovered that not only did the attorney not pursue a case of malpractice against the doctor, as he had agreed to, but he had also let the statute of limitations against the doctor expire!
